After completing his residency in plastic and reconstructive plastic surgery in Charleston, he and his wife moved to California, where he expanded his surgical skills. However, they decided to make their home in beautiful and friendly North Carolina, where Dr. Nowicky has grown his plastic surgery practice with hard work and dedication—not to mention outstanding results.
